Made with a fine composition of brown mustard seeds, this hot mustard throws a punch. In Germany, Löwensenf is a synonym for hot mustard. Traditionally, this mustard is eaten with bockwurst (i.e. Frankfurter or Wiener sausage) and white bread. We also like this mustard with rustic and hearty meals and on sandwiches.
