C&W Mini-Berliner with Raspberry Filling - 175 g

Berliner is the name for a jam filled doughnut. These ones have a raspberry filling and are dredged in sugar. Allow to warm up to room temperature for about 35 minutes and bake for 6-8 minutes at 80 degrees celsius.
