The exquisit fish of our premium-sashimi-selection are caught by inshore fishing of the coast of Skagerrak, Norway. The fresh fish is hand filleted into loins on-site in Norway, then individually vacuum packed and immediately shock frozen. The loins are of highest quality and fit to be consumed as sashimi. Cod is an all natural product and can slightly vary in size. At Taste Matters we offer premium cod at approx. 600 g per loin.
