Undoubtably, Crème Brûlée is one the most favoured dessert items out there. This lovely dessert course for a great meal can easily be prepared at home. Pour 200 ml milk and 200 g (whipping) cream into a good-sized pot and whisk the mixture. Bring to a boil and simmer for another 2 minutes. Whisk constantly. Pour and apportion the Crème in four small, flat bowls and let rest for 10 minutes. Transfer the bowls to your fridge for about 90 minutes. Before serving your Crème Brûlée, sprinkle the tops with the sugar caramel mix and place the bowls in a pre-heated oven-grill for about 1 1/2 minutes or until caramelized. Voila!
