Kielbasa, or Krakauer, is a smoky and very flavourful sausage originating from Poland. The sausage has a coarser texture, seasoned with garlic and herbs. It can be barbequed, pan-fried or even deep-fried and makes for a rustic and pretty juicy bite. One of our alltime favourite sausages! Before preparation, please gently incise the sausage a few times to avoid rupture.
